  1. Keep the PDF as a stable asset.
  2. Wrap it with a markdown note.
  3. Link the note with wiki-style references such as research/apo-master-index and workflow/agentic-publishing.

Why not publish the raw PDF alone

Without a markdown wrapper, the site loses context, backlinks, summaries, and structured navigation.
